Our "Video Transfer Station" features several computers that have been specially designed and built for the purpose of getting the best possible video signal from your family's treasures.

In addition to the computers, we have just about every kind of consumer-oriented video playback device including the following:

• Audio Cassette

Whatever format you used to store your family's memories, there is a good chance we can take care of them in-house. We can convert them to DVD, USB Thumb Drive, or to our recommended Cloud Service.

One of the major advantages of supporting a small family-owned business, is that we take our time to work with each and every tape you bring in. If it's not playing well on one machine, instead of labeling it as "untransferable" and returning it, we try it in another machine. Often, that's all it takes.*

We know how important those videos are to you, and we will do what we need to do to recover those memories.

Also, sometimes clients bring big boxes full of tapes, and they have no idea what's on there. We know you want your family memories, not pre-programmed late-night TV shows. So, if we come across anything like that, we skip it... and don't charge you for it. Also, if there are any blank tapes, we skip them.... and don't charge you for it.

*Technical stuff, if you're interested... if the Record-Head on the original camcorder was slightly misaligned, you would never know until you tried playing the video back on a different machine. So, by changing playback machines, sometimes we can find one whose Play-Back Head better matches the alignment from when the tape was originally recorded. This gives us a much better signal and a much happier client. "Big Box" companies won't do that for you.
